The worst service I ever received. I ordered over 30 dollars worth of coffee via Uber Eats and the delivery time kept changing after waiting over 1 hour I cancelled the order and they still charged me 24 dollars. Businesses like this deserve to close!!! The was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. Disgusted of the all experience. Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1

Visited Dunkin' Donuts after a long day of work and a snow shoveling session right after because of the snow storm. All I wanted is a cup of hot chocolate. The other location didn't have hot chocolate, but thanks to the delightful cashier girl at this one, who engaged in friendly small talk, joked around, and handed me a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a big smile – she truly made my day!

I ordered a hot chocolate with milk and whipped cream. Employee made a hot coffee.. I asked if it was hot chocolate and she said she charged me for a coffee, so she had to refund and rering. (A 10 cent difference). She gave the wrong amount for a refund and I had to explain math to her 3 times. Then made me the drink cold? When I asked why and she said she didn't care? I then asked for a refund and instead of taking back the change and returning my $5, she handed me a handful of coins. I work in customer service and if I treated anyone like that I wouldn't have a job. I get it you don't like your job but there's no reason to take it out on the customers. Hey, I asked for a maple bacon & cashier rang in wrong item, upon noticing I asked for a refund and was given a rude remark by the sandwich worker stating that I didn’t get the right thing & that it’s not her problem which is true, but why make the remark for if it’s obvious, like I get the morning shift is hard but I was being forgiving enough to go back in line & let the expediting process go flawless before asking for my original request. Then the cashier made a comment “what do you want” and then I told “Fatima” I’d like a refund for whatever miscommunication this caused, I was then rung up maple bacon as a side , when I asked for a refund so I didn’t pay, I was trying to make it flawless not adding something on top of a order. Refund then purchase the actual item that way verbally it was understood. The sandwich station worker “lady in grey” then made more statements about why I should order the right thing being verbally harassing. I held my tongue but I didn’t deserve that at all, I’ve worked for Dunkin’ Donuts 2015-2018 so I know how it is but I don’t tolerate disrespect. that was very rude of themselves mainly the sandwich worker, she’s rude. I love dunks for The morning get right but I just refunded the whole sandwich and left, I wouldn’t want someone like that making my food.
