I go to this Dunkin several weekday mornings in an average week, and the staff are always friendly, kind and speedy. The rare mixup with order is always quickly corrected! You guys are an instrumental part in getting my day going, and I'm grateful for the attention to detail and customer service. Keep up the great work and happy holidays! I am a regular customer to this store and I am normally very happy. Lately not so much. This new crew is well I’d rather not say, but today and many days my latte is either not a latte or just totally wrong. Today I got and ice cold latte, which was suppose to be hot. The manager really needs to step up his game on these kids. It’s like I revived a latte that’s been sitting there and they just added the favor. I will not recommend anyone anymore to this store. And I will not give my money to this store till some real training is put in place. I’ve managed many Dunkin’s, this is not right.
