I ordered an energy cold brew ice coffee, over $6, which is cold brew coffee and a fresh brew espresso shot why was this lady saying they were trained to put fake Imitation espresso shot. Waited 40 minutes to pick up an order at the drive-thru. Went inside and asked if it was possible to get the food inside because I was already there. Person said, “you gotta go to the drive-thru.” Got to the drive-thru and was told “we don’t have any hot food and I am the only one working here. But will get your refund.” Got to the window and we asked the person, “How do we get our refund?” She said, “You do it on your app. They don’t question it.” We asked, “Can you show us how to do it because we never had to do it before?” Person said, “I don’t know, we are not trained on the app. Have a good day!” and closed the window.
