Yesterday on December 7th, 2023 I came to this location and ordered egg and cheese on a croissant and my croissant was burnt. The majority of the outside of the croissant was not edible due to being hard and overtoasted. Today on December 8th, 2023 I went to this location and got a cocoa mocha latte and ordered light ice. They did not give me light ice but the regular amount of ice. Wishing this location would do better. Editing this on December 9th, 2023 to say I just went in for an iced coffee. The coffees are back up to $3.84 per iced coffee and yet again they did not get my coffee made properly. I asked for light ice and they gave me tons of ice. It was definitely heavy ice so I handed it back this time and said "this is not light ice", so it was remade (I think) and the lady at the window gave it back to me and while it was a little lighter, it was still not light ice and the second time there was hardly any sugar in it. Being that they screw up on these things over and over, I can't trust that it's decaf either and I need decaf due to my heart problem. I am done with this Dunkin' Donuts. I give these people probably over $200 a month and over $2,400 a year because I go to Dunkin' Donuts almost daily but they will not be getting another penny from me because I'm tired of them not getting it right. Those Indian boys cannot follow simple directions. It's been many times that they have gotten two shots at one drink and got it wrong both times. I'm sure they would get it wrong on the third try also.
