I got a $20 gift card for Christmas so I ordered the family 4 egg and cheese sandwiches and an order of hash browns and they never put the hash browns in the bag. The sandwiches had this awful nasty tap water type aftertaste and my kids wouldn't even eat them while I dumped a half bottle of pepper on mine just to force it down. I wrote this place off years ago when they first opened thinking maybe they straightened up since but some things never change I guess. We get breakfast from this Dunkin several times a week. There is only 1 word to describe their service..... LOUSY! Half the time, we come home with something missing or the wrong item. My Autistic grandson is throwing a fit right now, because they gave him the wrong omelette bites! I love their bacon snack bags, but a few times they've been burned, there's way too much pepper and I couldn't eat it, or the worst was the time the bacon was raw! 🤢 I would stop getting from them, but my grandson only eats certain foods and Dunkin's bacon and cheddar omelette bites are his favorite breakfast!
