been coming here for years, sometimes every day. within the last few months the coffee and food has gotten horrible. not sure what happened but will be trying a different location now Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I order for mobile pick up. The service is quick and the order is always correct. Their food and hot drinks can be described as lukewarm at best. At first I thought it was my error. Perhaps the order was sitting too long before I was able to get to it. However, the last two times I've placed my order in the parking lot and gone into the store almost immediately. I've watched them package my items up and held the bag folded shut despite the ambient temperature outside to be warm. To no avail, when I get to my car in the parking lot the items are barely warm. Are they pre-cooking and reheating the food items? Are they using low power? I've gone multiple times because it's convenient, but I can't figure it out. Wish they would improve. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Complements to the chef. Kali makes a killer iced coffee and sandwich and Sahil can also take credit for that. Favorite Dunkin in NJ. 10/10 would recommend Service Take out

i ordered an everything bagel but got a plain bagel, extremely rude staff, waited 30+ mins for a small order even though there were almost no other customers and there was a large amount of staff. almost my whole order was wrong and staff needs better training

If i could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I left my wallet there and they had it for 2 days. These guys are the best!!! Not only did they put it in the safe... NOTHING WAS MISSING. NOT ONE PENNY WAS MISSING FROM MY WALLET!!! THIS SPEAKS HIGHLY OF THEIR CHARACTER AND WORK ETHICS. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO THIS CREW!!!! The manager there was the sweetest and nicest person working on thanksgiving! Jackie was her name and she made my morning! The rest of the crew was also very nice and was pleased to make that my new spot to get coffee!

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts ever! If your in a hurry do not go there! Even if your order is online! I have been there several times before I wrote this review. It's the closest Dunkin to my job I will never go back. The manager in my opinion has to be the problem. There are enough people working there I think it's just not organized properly. The wait is crazy everytime I have went there and the wrong orders pushed out are ridiculous. I sat in there and drank my coffee and observed the nonsense that goes on in there. If I was the owner I would consider hiring a whole new crew. Or hand picking a few to keep. I will never go back to this Dunkin if they were all ran this way they would be out of business. I always order from mobile to make it easier so I don’t have to wait around. Most of the time half of my order is missing, I usually give them about a 20 min head start, I always have to ask where the rest of my order is and I’m usually met with the eye roll and irritation. It’s not my fault that none of the employees who are all children can’t seem to pay attention long enough to fulfill orders. There have been numerous times that I couldn’t get anyones attention and I didn’t have time to wait around so I left with only part of my order. Not sure who the manager is but the entire staff needs to be retrained. If I could I would go to a different Dunkin but this is the only one closest on my way to work.

Just don’t order from here. PERIOD ! I did a mobile order and still waited 20 minutes for a wrap. What’s the point of mobile ordering if i still have to wait because they don’t pay attention to orders ? While I was standing there I decided to look at reviews and surprise surprise every review was the exact same experience I faced. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to and unfortunately it is the only one close to my home. There is absolutely no management here. The place is run by kids who have no knowledge of professionalism and have no customer service skills at all. It is very clear that new hires don’t go through any training and if they do, you should probably rethink your training program. I came in once a half hour before they were closing (supposed to close at 6:30 and were actually closing at 4:30...surprise!!) and the one girl rolled her eyes ... I guess I was bothering her. The two children who were working that night were literally arguing about who had to mop the floor in front of me while I was waiting for my order. This place also closes extremely early for no reason and always at random times so you never know what to expect. I would not recommend anyone going here.
