Being the only person in the walk-up part of the ordering area with only buying 1 Large rebel and a water took 20 minutes. As other people started coming to the walk up portion and getting busier was when the workers started thinking to finally make drinks. A lady after me also received her order before me.I understand the people in the drive thru were there first which meant they were to receive their orders first however, so many workers were singing, talking and messing around I couldn’t tell if anyone was actually working other than the drive thru person. These baristas are constantly inquiring about your day ( not being nosy but sincerely) They can recommend a new drink if you ask. I always feel so much after after l go through their line.
