How does this place not have more 5⭐ reviews??? The service is always great, everyone is friendly and smiling. I frequent this Dutch Bros everyday and to my surprise earlier this week the broista hand delivered my drink at my car AND a cute little key chain!! I think they all know my order now because I get the same thing everyday. One day I forgot my purse and my tap to pay on the phone wasn't working, rather than turn me away they made my drink anyways and sent me on my way. This place is a gem and so is everyone that works here!! Dutch Bros > Starbucks

I’m in town from California and came through the drive thru yesterday and had the best experience with a girl named Alex. She was so sweet and helpful, this experience made my day! Thanks for hiring such great people like Alex!

Their shakes aren't shakes, they are milk poured over slushie ice. I got a cotton candy shake tonight, it was absolutely terrible. I immediately noticed it was the consistency of colored milk, the girl said "I can hand make it instead".

Went two weeks ago and got stuck in drive through for 30+ minutes. Went again today and got stuck in drive through for 40 minutes with only 10 cars in line. Drinks are not worth the wait.

A++++ Just wonderful!!... someone came out to my car to help me navigate the lines for my drive thru order bc it was so busy and gave me a free Pup Cup for my pup.

$5, plus a 20 minute wait for a cup of hot water. Whatever you're serving, it isn't coffee. Weakest coffee in town. How disappointing. Won't see me again.
