Great selection for the buffet. Salad bar items were cold and fresh. I really liked that they had "no sugar added" pie. I will definitely go there again.

Food was not that good. I know it is a buffet, but the eggs were powdered eggs and the other food was not that flavorful. More quiche options would be nice or real eggs. Kids loved the waffle topping options and even having ice cream for breakfast.

We received a gift card to Dutchway as a gift for Christmas. We have never been to the restaurant so we thought it would be nice to go out as a family and get dinner. My husband got a patty melt, I got the buffet, my daughter got pot pie, my oldest son a chicken sandwich and my youngest got chicken tenders. Our food was brought in a timely manner but my husband patty melt was literally just bread and a burger patty. No onion, no cheese, no sauce. The piece of chicken on my son’s sandwich took up only half of the bun. Our waitress was a young girl who was frantically running around trying to do her job. We noticed the manager and other staff did not offer help once. We sat for at least 20 minutes after we ate our food waiting for someone to come over. I eventually took my kids to the car and my husband complained about our food and service. Our waitress was amazing and did the best she could, but to see her run around and struggle like that was unfair. It seemed like every time we tried to ask for assistance we were ignored. They did not charge us for the patty melt or chicken sandwich.
After that experience a week later my husband and I did not have the kids one night so we thought we give Dutchway another go. Since we still had a gift card we thought this time we will order take out. I ordered a roast beef meal with mashed potatoes and Lima beans. My husband ordered a haddock sandwich that came with fries and Cole slaw. They gave me a pick up time of 20 minutes which I was there on time. My roast beef was completely cold, my mashed potatoes were hard, I was given baked beans instead of Lima beans, and it did not come with the roll like it was supposed to. My husbands sandwich was extremely soggy, he never received the coleslaw, and there was no sauce even though I was asked. On top of all of that I spent 4 days throwing up with food poisoning! I understand restaurants mess up from time to time but this is ridiculous. Not once but twice we had a bad experience. We will NOT be going back ever!

This use to be my favorite place to eat. But, now there is not enough help. The older gals are no longer there. I like the salad bar and soups. They raised there prices
No big surprise everyone has. Last time there waitress were slow, disorganized, plus they weren t sure who was to serve us. Hope they hire more people. I do drive out of my way to eat there.

The food counter in the foyer really needs some improvement!
(1) The menu is spread out among 3 different locations, each with items not listed on the others.
(2) There are quite a number of items that are not available to purchase but are listed on the menu.
(3) The cheeseburgers are are simply that; cheese & a burger in a bun. It really seems to be a minimum effort affair.

Great restaurant buffet for a family. They have a small private conference room as well, for larger groups or a business meeting.
Good buffet variety for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Waiters and waitresses always have a smile on their faces.
