Was great. They were having a lunch special on pork tacos. Delicious!! Quick and the portions were large. I was stuffed and needed a nap afterward. Thank you I will be back!!

Went here for dinner with my parents. Really cool, local place in an old building in downtown Valley Center. Friendly staff. The food was absolutely fantastic. Unique flavors and combinations and the smoked pork was extremely tender with outstanding flavor. The hot barbecue sauce was great as well. I’d come here once a week or more if I lived close by.
Very quick and attentive service too. Well worth the drive from wherever you’re coming from.

Mac N Cheese
If you haven’t been, GO RIGHT NOW. Was driving by and saw the Mac cup on the window. I just happened to be craving Mac and cheese and decided to turn around and give it a try for a late lunch. I ended up getting the Mac cup with shredded beef to go. Let me tell you, it was SO DELICIOUS. Barbecue had great flavor, and that is coming from someone who typically isn’t a barbecue fan. The place was pretty quiet when I walked in which it allowed me to be able to talk to the owner, Erica, and the cashier. Both were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and told me about their food truck. The place itself is adorable with a comfy atmosphere, plus it looks like they were selling local crafters items! Ultimately, the food was scrumptious, but the interaction with the owner and cashier sold me on the place. I will definitely be going back to try more, and adding the white sauce on top of my Mac cup next time (per their suggestion)!
