Updated: Never going back. I had an issue this last time around. And it just left a bad taste in my mouth with the way that they handled the situation. Long story short I went a few weeks ago, placed my order through the drive through and was told that they’re would be a 15 min wait. Not a problem I give them my number and go ahead and park. They said they’d call me when my order was ready so I waited.. for almost a hour and I finally get down. They said “we tried calling but couldn’t reach you”. It’s fine I still happily want my food that my fiancé and I had been craving all day after a stressful day on our parts. Only to get home and see that one of my two entrees is missing half the food. They’d forgotten to add the noodles so I just had one full entree and one that only had the toppings to the pho. I called immediately and they pass me to the “manager” who was giving me an automated/unapologetic response. It was now much closer to closing time and I wasn’t going to drive 25 min back to the restaurant and make them wait for me. The quick solution was to give me credit for a pho on my next visit, so then I ask what phone number they had written down to call me(should have asked earlier) the girl missed a number that’s why I wasn’t receiving the call. She had literally repeated it to me 2x. Since the order took so long my only logic is that the order was fully ready. But it wasn’t. When I had walked in the girl who attended me repeated my order to me without blinking an eye, which is fine but I felt like it came off standoffish. And I didn’t appreciate that. I still haven’t gone back and don’t think I plan to anytime soon. THIS WAS ONLY MY EXPERIENCE, I hope no one has a similar problem. My best advice would be for the staff to write down ALL order information and numbers instead of trying to remember them. I understand you have a great memory but this is how mistakes are made. Food is absolutely delicious! I had been looking for a great pho place and this is definitely it! I’m so glad my fiancé and I decided to try it. I can’t wait to go back. I got the chicken pho as I’ve been craving a lot of chicken during my pregnancy(my fiance got the beef) and the flavor of the broth alone is *chefs kiss*. The rolls with the duck sauce really tied the whole thing together for me! Best spring rolls in the valley! Their food is fresh and light! Not too heavy and doesn’t make you feel bad after eating! Food came out quick and fresh! Absolutely will come again!
