Eating Love is a Neapolitan sourdough pizza business operating from Bangalore. It was founded in 2018. Our authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza is made from slow rising sourdough and is baked in a brick oven at 350’C . The gentle levitation and cooking process seal the flour’s natural aroma and moisture giving a soft and easily digestible crust. As a result, the edge (cornicone) is excellent and shouldn’t be discarded. Our pizzaiolos give each pizza a genuine taste of Italy. We use whole wheat flour that at the end of the long fermentation process exhausts its starch content, transforming it into ‘’noble sugars’’. This is the foundation for a highly digestible pizza. Eating Love is happy to tailor your pizza with specific dietary requirements. We have vegan and gluten free options available.
