We regularly get the Nachos Steak Fajita and love it. Some of the time the steak has some hard-to-chew pieces but overall it's very good. Portions are large and prices reasonable. This salsa has grown on me over time and I now wonder if they put something addictive in it :D Definitely recommend. When we travel through Western Kansas, this is a required stop! Today included Cadillac margaritas, [heaping] veggie fajitas, and chicken nachos. I love how they cook their chicken. Now to the hotel for a nap! UPDATE: The salsa is not spicy but tastes fresh and we look forward to starting our meal with it and chips. We like both the chicken fajita and regular taco salads too. The chicken is so good, but chew carefully- twice I've had bone slivers. Once had a cucaracha in the salad which was very off-putting but not enough to not come back.
