Jonah and Fancy did an amazing job turning what used to be a stale vacant lot into a thriving community hub and beautiful indoor/outdoor bar. Always friendly service, good vibes, and high quality drinks. El Rio Cantina is the only establishment open past 9 or 10pm and we appreciate them filling that much needed niche! To the negative review saying it was too loud one night- people used to bring horses into the old Columbine Bar across the street and sadly those days are gone. Downtown is downtown, let us let our hair down. El Rio brings a little bit of that old Mancos flavor back.

Delicious tequila drinks, great bar atmosphere, and excellent food cart with tacos. Jona & Fancy are so friendly - El Rio Cantina is a really special addition to Mancos.

This place is great…if you’re a drunk local. We walked in and the woman behind the bar, and the drunk locals stared at us. She did not greet us or provide any assistance to order a drink. Go Coors Light!

The Food truck is awesome and stays open until after 9 pm vs anything else in town. The drinks are always great. I'm not a tequila drinker which is their specialty but they make a mean pina colada and the Sangria never disappoints.

Flagrant disregard for the town's quiet hours. Outside sound system blaring music and patrons caring on until midnight. At one point, an employee got into his customized low rider and put on a show by bouncing the car up and down in the parking lot. There is a senior care home and two tourist lodgings next to the bar. At the very least, the outside music could of been turned off and everyone could of went inside. What do they expect when they open a business on a residential street? Clearly they think they can do what ever they want.
They've really made a cool, cute place here in Mancos. Awesome decor, quality liquor, really nice owners. Fun vibes. CLEAN. The food truck is AWESOME - try the chile relleno burrito! Saw a bad review about them being open too late and being "loud" - but they're the only place in town to get a late drink or food! Most everywhere else closes at 9pm and is sub par. This isn’t a bedroom community, people, and Mancos USED to have more of a nightlife (old Columbine, Millwood, etc). Just happy to have a place to go after getting off work.
