Poor customer services. The lady serving the ice cream was very rude. The ice cream itself was great but the customer service ruined the whole experience for me.

The teenage staff definitely needed some management and possibly training. I don't know if he just didn't properly know how to mix a malt or just didn't care but either way it should never be served in a cup with a hole in the side. The wife enjoyed her turtle Sunday though
