Highly recommend! The service was great, my order came wrong but they fixed and then some. It was super economical, friendly with great music. Super kid friendly a little loud if you have really little ones. I just can’t say enough good things about the staff. Great American Diner, and I must say it's a true gem that stands out from the big chains. Another standout aspect was the service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt right at home. The Greec omelet was great! Great breakfast and lunch spot. We arrived around noon and were able to order from both breakfast and lunch menus. It was relatively busy but the service was spot on and super friendly. Really good food, everyone loved what they had. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chocolate chip pancakes….get them. Been here a few times and have always had a good breakfast. Seated and greeted quickly. Coffee is hot and tasty. Ordered the spartan breakfast. Delicious. Bacon is crispy, over easy eggs were perfect, and pancakes were amazing. Solid spot! One of my favorite breakfast places. My go-to order is chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, and decaf coffee. My son always gets a waffle. The staff is very nice and attentive. This is a popular place on the weekends. Sometimes there can be a long wait (30-40 min), especially the closer to noon you get. Amazing breakfast omelette selection with ample filling of quality ingredients. I am very fussy about breakfast home fries and theirs are one of my favorites. Friendly and attentive service. Priced right for good value. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I like this place. Feels spacious and the brunch was well made. Not to greasy or over cooked. The pancakes were awesome. Will have to try this place again to see if they are consistent. The potatoes seemed mushy and not crispy on the outside. The wait staff all looked like they were under 18. I don’t think I saw anyone that looked like an adult. Maybe the cooks were older. Plenty of parking and was clean inside.
Great neighborhood restaurant. Breakfast is always great. Burgers are also good - but inconsistent. Last time our burgers were overcooked and dry. Service is great - generally happy people. Parking is free in the lot outside - but that fills up quickly. You have to pay for street parking. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

9/13/2023 - Eli's has become a staple part of my and my family's diet. We have sampled almost the entire menu, and found nothing lacking. We're huge fans of their Cajun Remoulade, and wish we could buy it in bulk. The staff is always prompt and cheerful, the coffee flows like water, and tastes like great coffee. Some Favorites: Fun Guy Burger-- juicy and flavorful, I rarely am able to finish it (okay I could, but I'd rather save half for later). Fig-a-ma-jig omelette--just plain yummy! It's a sweeter version of an omelette. Caprese Omelette--my wife's favorite, it's lighter than the others, and has a bright taste that doesn't leave you feeling too full (even though you are!). Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, and Tater Tots 8/5/2017 - Visited again today, this time for breakfast. I had the Veggie Fix omelette, and it was excellent! One thing I noticed was that I got to decide how much salt to add. Unlike many other breakfast joints, the chef here did not over do the amount of salt, something I appreciated, as I try to reduce my consumption. Speaking of consumption, the portion was very generous, both in the side of the omelette, the thick-cut multi-grain bread, home fries, and even (especially?) the side of bacon. Also, the timing is much improved today! 5 stars today! Tried Eli's today with my 8 y/o son. I love their tagline: "breakfast burgers and brew," four of my favorite things ("brew" is both coffee and beer). I was honestly surprised that they actually intended the double entendre, considering that their hours are 7:00a - 3:00p, Tue - Fri. Tempting though an IPA might be on the way to work, I generally believe that beer o'clock is 5PM. Be that as it may. First the good news. My son and I were seated promptly, the staff was friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful. The place is still new enough that they couldn't really make any good recommendations, but our server said that she'd been pleased by the breakfasts and hadn't heard any complaints about the burgers. I had the patty melt, which was a 1/3 beef patty on rye bread with Swiss Cheese and carmelized onions. I also got the truffle fries (fries with truffle oil and parmesan cheese), while my son had the kid's chicken finger plate. The sweet potato fries were fine, and my son filled up in them before finishing his chicken fingers (oh well). The ambience is rustic farmhouse, and they do it pretty well, though I thought the TV over the fire was a distraction. Next the neither-here-nor-there news: Rye bread does not go with ground beef (unless, perhaps, the beef is incredibly moist--but more on that in a moment). Some might disagree with me, and much though I respect your right to an opinion, in this case you are wrong. I hope that the management will realize that this experiment--however well-intentioned--should be abandoned immediately and without delay. It is an abomination and an affront to all that is holy about burgers. ;-) Also in the neither-here-nor-there category is the truffle fries. They were good, but not amazingly so, nor were they better than the sweet potato fries. They just were. Note to self: next time get the sweet potato fries. And at last, the room for improvement: Sadly I was disappointed by the burger. It was not the worst burger I've ever had (by far!), but it was dry, and while it *looked* medium rare, it tasted medium or well done. Finally, while the servers were great the timing was slow, but I'll mark that up to opening week kinks. Overall, it was a good but uninspiring meal. The prices were reasonable, and I hope to give them several more chances. And if I don't have anything better to do that day, I might just stay my drinking early. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
