I love going to Emma’s! The staff is always friendly and outgoing, the store is always clean and the food is always on point! Food great! Owner, not so much. Idk why he thought people want to hear loud, blasting dance music at 8:15am on a Sunday....horrible atmosphere. He's made of 100% ego and has no consideration for the customers. He just want to relive his DJ glory days....it's like a damn club/Starbucks in there. He turned it down, but it was still loud....he has no clue. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I've been going here since they were in the Salpinos shopping center on DPA by Bayshore Rd. This deli has the best chicken cutlet I have ever had they cut it up and heat it on a roll, unreal. I highly recommend them.

Friendly staff combined with good food and phenomenal service. Don't think you can ask for much more these days . Wait wasn't too long ( holiday season ) and I mean new years . Food is really good but staff has an attitude. One of the girls in the front that answers the phone. Get a new job if you don’t like your current one
