So disappointing! I used to love these subs and stopped in this location for lunch recently. Unfortunately, the food and the service were both terrible. The bun was dry and the slices of cheese were nonexistent. It was truly one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. If you are going to charge this much for a sandwich, it should be good. Would you like a bread sandwich? If so, this is the place for you. The restaurant was empty at 6:00 pm as my fiancé and I ordered the “Northern” and “the Goliath”. There was barely any meat and barely any taste. I think these sandwiches were supposed to be hot, not lukewarm. They didn’t look anything like the menu pictures boasted. Stopped twice on our way to and from our destination and both times sandwiches and service was great! Thanks for having gluten free bread on your menu! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got a cup of chicken wild rice soup with no chicken in it, only a piece of chicken fat. For almost $5 I am disappointed. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Excellent! It's been a while since I have eaten at an Erberts and Gerberts and my family was not disappointed. The young woman who took our order was great. The food was amazing. My kiddos, who are hesitant in trying new things, are glad we brought them here. We'll be back.

I work close by so I visit this location quite often. About 90% of the time they get my order wrong. Today I ordered the "Flash" and received bread with lettuce and cheese only. That's it. Not happy a majority of the time Update: Went there again 5 days after this, and they messed up the order YET AGAIN. 4th order in a row they have gotten wrong. Every time I have to turn around and wait 10+ minutes for them to remake my order on top of the time I already waited for the first time they made it incorrectly

Got the Chicken and Chipotle BBQ Citrus. Everything that goes on it is a great combination, but one side had a single layer of sliced chicken, while the other side had 2 layers (one slice folded over). Add the single strip of bacon on it, next to no lettuce, and a single onion on each half when I asked for onions, we have our usual E&B quality. I used a coupon for free chips and drink with sandwich, yet still feel I paid too much somehow.

This is some of the worst service I've ever had. We were the only customers in the store. Ordered a ham and turkey and received a ham and provolone. If you can call it a ham and cheese. You couldn't see the ham and one piece of cheese, really! When I asked for the lettuce and tomato on the side they had to ask if it was okay. It is my sandwich!!! I had to wait for them to get off the phone with the manager to complete my order. So they could decide if they wanted to work or not. My first and last visit!!!
