We were not offered a receipt when paying. Then they mixed our order with the family before. They handed drinks out without marking them or watching who picked them up. When we asked for a missing drink, they asked us to pay again, so we asked for the original receipt where they could see that we did pay for it. Over-all nice place with good coffee and nice snacks. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of empty tables with dishes still left on them. Toilet didn't have soap or paper towels. This is extremely dirty place , understaffed and the service is the worst . I have been here many times and always hesitate to write a review but I can’t take it anymore. The sad thing is that the street is much cleaner then the outdoor seats they have. On the service, so many times including today they refuse to give me a normal mug and they give me a takeaway one , they said they don’t have the dishwasher working :) really worst place to be.
