Shop local! Support family owned businesses! Family Market and Batson's Drug Store is a perfect small town grocery and drug store. Worth a stop to see the building and the old time soda fountain.
Wonderful selection of fresh meat at the butcher counter!

Easily the coolest store I've stepped foot in this year. Building is gorgeous, staff is great and the selection of items is ridiculously awesome in range. What other small town market can you walk around shopping for gnocchi and sustainably caught seafood while eating an ice cream cone served from behind the counter of a real, live drugstore soda fountain?
