We left half the food, fried potatoes-rubber, mushroom sauce for the mashed potatoes- over salted and mushrooms over fried, banosh-no taste texture like wet oatmeal, chicken soup (bolion)- chicken over cooked tasted like rubber, orange juice-80% pulp. The only good things were Greek salad (also faulty because they added random hard cheese cubes with the feta) and macaroni/spaghetti with Parmesan. Don’t know about the hotel but don’t come here for the food unless you just want some cake or beer

Good location near the Thermal waters Birtok known as Kosino Hotel itself is not big. Big rooms with even enough place for 2 adults with 3 kids. Quite cheap (less then 1000 uah for biggest room). Also has shop nearby and good restaurant. Main disadvantage they didn’t accept credit cards everywhere you need cash.

Very tasty food of all kinds. The menu has many options and choices. Many meats and vegetables. The desserts are out of this world. Prices are very reasonable. Waiters Nd waitresses are very nice and courteous. Was access and plenty of parking. Fast and courteous service.

Very, very , very bad service !!! Надзвичайно погане обслуговування!!! Жодного задоволення! Level waiters and managers - zero ! We waited 15 minutes to have adopted in order. And also still waited 15 minutes to pay . We made comments to the manager about the bad service and she said " No problem " Never go to this restaurant. This place was popular 5 years ago. Incidentally , the waiters hardly speak Ukrainian and Russian.
