Got a platter for a work party and it was not good ....not seasoned and dry ...only thing good was the muffins ...should not be called famous Daves..... more like knockoff daves ...would not recommend at all

I ordered online and showed up 10 minutes later. My food is cold and the brisket is very fatty this is not what you expect from a $30 meal they should be ashamed of themselves. First and last time coming. They also forgot a side. Probably wouldn't have given a 1 star if it were hot its not even luke warm. Its cold. I am beyond mad. You can tell they must obviously reheat food but forgot mine. Update after reheating in the microwave for 2 minutes the ribs were ok. Brisket was clearly old. If you cook as much as I do trust me you know. This brisket is at least 3 days old. Its dry lost its color looks grey and has a smell to it. Threw it out.

This place DO NOT serve Famous Dave's food. The spareribs and pulled chicken (which wasn't pulled it was cut up pieces of chicken) was baked in the oven, there was no smoked flavor at all. If I could have given them a negative star I would have. The picture a piece of chicken from their pulled chicken sandwich. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The quality and taste has changed over the last year. Brisket was waaay to salty. They forgot my side of slaw.. noticed after i got home.. NOT GOING BACK ever again. This was my second visit and it will be my last visit. It is difficult to get into the restaurant which is actually inside Grannite restaurant. So it is not a full-service restaurant for famous Dave’s. In my opinion the franchise needs to pull its license from them. The first experience I had to wait a long time but I was able to walk away with food; however at this time, at 4:20 PM, one of the I guess managers walks out and say they don’t have any ribs ready for about an hour. Why would you not have food ready in the evening when people are going to have dinner? Then I was told there was a charge for a $20 combination plate because I wanted to get ribs. Well, it is supposed to be a rib combination for Famous Dave’s! Why would you charge it up charge either is the price that it should be or is not? After spending about 10 minutes waiting for the young lady to find a menu then to go and find a cartridge for 8 to print out a menu I spent 10 minutes a waste of time to get no food . Only giving one star because I have to. I looked up Famous Dave’s found a location on Big Beaver Rd followed the GPS turns out it’s actually Granite City with Famous Dave’s pickups inside need to know information. Ordered my food at 7:10 supposed to be ready at 7:40. I arrived at 7:55 food not ready. Granite City restaurant is super busy probably shouldn’t have FD in it. After waiting for my food until 8:30 after several calls I get home food cold potatoes can’t be chewed AND NO BARBECUE SAUCE. Not to mention the customer service sucks. Thanks for fkng up my Saturday.

The food was OK, but customer service and online timeliness was poorly executed. I arrived early for 3pm pickup and didn't leave with timidly warm food until 3:40pm. I will go to an actual restaurant next time, not Granite City, an to go satellite hub only! This is not a famous Dave's. The famous Dave's food is only available for pickup or delivery. You cannot even order it in the store and there were only one or two barbecue items on the menu. Also a bit overpriced for the quality of the food. Will go to Mission BBQ next time . Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The food was good; however, the portion sizes were small. I had the brisket and beans. The Troy location is inside of Granite City and Granite doesn't control what happens with the food. It's sold as is. For example, they couldn't remove the jalapenos from the mac and cheese. Also, they didn't have any extra barbecue packs. My husband didn't receive a lot of fries and they were a mixture of crinkle and waffle fries. Granite wouldn't give him anymore. I will not revisit this location. Food: 4 Service: 2

#FamousDave you can do better. I gave two stars only because I got my food and the order was correct, other than that you would get a 0. I am crushed at the poor quality and taste of this food. I got the combo which came with two hard nasty rib bones and about 4 1/2 small pieces of dry brisket, one small shriveled up corn on the cob and a small cup of beans for $24. The best thing abt the meal were the beans and Im pretty sure they came from a can. They forgot my corn muffin and I had to ask for it, so they gave me two. I see why, one of them is hard as a rock! Im thinking its probably from an earlier meal where they forgot to put in the muffin, another reminder that nothing in life is free. Please people dont let my suffering be in vain…do not eat here!
