The burger was undercooked even though I said well done and no pink. I took my young niece who wanted to go but people at the pub area were cursing loudly. We sat in the secluded area near the windows and it was freezing in there. We left quickly. My waitress gave good service but her superior was less than ideal explaining to me in a condescending manner that they are allowed to undercook Angus beef; apparently even if that's not how I asked for it. The fries were delicious and I did get the ranch i asked for. I doubt I'll return though. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
