Honestly, if you consider what it’s supposed to be, it’s great. $25 got enough food to feed 4? In this economy?! I’d rather have this for dinner than almost any other fast/convenience food. The staff was courteous and quick, the breadsticks are awesome, and it sure as hell beats paying that for a single small pizza at a lot of places. Ordered catering for our lacrosse team and it was a big hit! Spaghetti and meatballs were great and when I picked up the food the staff were so helpful! Supplied all the plates and utensils and gave extra bread! Thank you so much! Emma S was the most friendliest and nicest person ever. She was very attentive and fast. She was the best server or customer service person I have ever had. Hands down Jilian is the best and makes this a very nice experience. We are from South Carolina and have stopped here twice during travels. She has been amazing both times. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have ever You need and checks on you and your table very often. If you want a 10 star experience at a 5 star restaurant stop in and see her. Haven't been to a Fazoli's in several years, since the one in our town closed we were sad, we really enjoyed eating there, The baked spaghetti was always great and cheesy and the bread sticks were delicious, so when we saw a new one in the town we were visiting we were thrilled, turn in immediately. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as we remembered, the spaghetti wasn't as cheesy and portion was about half the size(I guess inflation, deflated portions), but the bread sticks were still delicious! Sherri, Tru, and the rest of the team here provide such a pleasant atmosphere. Sherri goes out of her way to warmly greet us as if we are family coming by to visit. The food is great, the taste is consistent, the restaurant is always clean, and I'm always full when I leave. It's nice to have a great place to eat and chat. I got a catering menu now as well. We will make sure to consider Fazoli's in Cartersville the next time we place a catering order. I'd give more stars if I could.
