A quaint cafe tucked neatly amongst neighborhood homes. This house turned business is cozy and homely, with a warm and inviting main room with lots of natural lighting for eating. The coffee is delicious and robust, with many bakery options and sandwiches for your breakfast or lunch. Will be back often to try all the delicious baked goods. Delicious! Great place to grab Pastries for Gatherings Excellent variety, tasty, carefully crafted, and even a few gluten-free options. They even have mini-cheesecakes ☺️ Everyone enjoyed. I absolutely love Fernleaf. I will never go to Maine without stopping in at least once, but usually three or four times. Everything we've tried is great but the pies, turnovers and Danish are perfect. Croissants on Saturday are also amazing, particularly the chocolate. If you love key lime like I do, their key lime mousse cheesecake is probably the best I've ever had. Thank you guys for all the tasty goodies!

Excellent all around. Focus is on the patisserie with in house made everything. Limited but sufficient coffee menu. Just try everything. Bagels are fabulous. Highly reccomended. They only make bread on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and will sell out by noon! Highly reccomended!

When traveling, my family loves to find the small, local bakeries. From Old Orchard Beach pier, it was sooo worth the 15 minutes drive and small business pricing. Some may complain, but the skill behind these pastries are worth every penny! My dad and I agree that we don't think we've had a better danish anywhere. Perfectly flaky, crispy but soft, amazing fruit and flavor--I'm obsessed! I didn't try it, but my dad groaned from the deliciousness of the Cinnamon bun, so I take that as another compliment towards their pastry making. Oh and mom loves the blueberry muffin! Hopefully swinging back through tomorrow on our way out of town :)
