Fantastic, fast and flavorful. We stopped while passing thru town and couldn’t have been happier. Our service was prompt and accurate, food was very flavorful and piping hot when it hit the table (just about 10-15 minutes after ordering) during lunch on a Sunday. There were about 10 cars on the (large) parking lot. Easy access from a frontage road on the northbound side of the highway. Visiting from out of town, we desided to look for anything we didn’t deem a food chain and was kid friendly. We decided on Fiesta Mexicana based on the reviews. The chips were good and the salsa seemed fresh. Our waitress was great the entire time. I ordered 2 chicken enchiladas and an item from the huevos (eggs) section in the menu. The whole reason I wanted to go here was because on the building it says “authentic Mexican food”. However, I was not impressed with the food, at all. It was very bland and had I not drown everything in queso, I probably wouldn’t have eaten it. I am writing this review hours later due to the fact that I currently feel like I drank a whole bottle of magnesium citrate and chased it with miralax and prune juice. On a recent visit to Fiesta Mexicana, located in a charming rural town, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. The complimentary homemade chips and salsa set a welcoming tone right from the beginning. I ordered the corn tortilla Flautas, and they were delightful, garnished with fresh lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese. My husband's steak burrito was just as satisfying, with a generous filling and great flavor. The sides of refried beans and Mexican rice were well-prepared and complemented our main dishes nicely. We were pleased with the portion sizes - they were substantial yet appropriate. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant was the cherry on top of a very pleasant dining experience. For anyone in the area, Fiesta Mexicana is a great choice for a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine in a rural setting. We moved to Red Wing in the spring of 2022. This is probably our most regularly visited restaurant in town. If we have people come into town and decide to go out to eat, this is usually where we take them. This place has never disappointed us. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
