There’s a reason they have a perfect 5 stars. The food is great and healthy and will keep you on track. It’s affordable and you can pick it up at so many different locations, like Axon Group and Personal Training, for free! I have several food allergies and the Fit Fresh team was understanding and thorough in making sure I’d be safe. They take extra precautions anyway as their baseline. They are fabulous, support an amazing local business on your journey to healthy!

Simply the most delicious, clean, and unique meal combinations at the most affordable price on the market. Jon and his team ensure weekly menus have an assortment of macro combinations to fit every customer's health goals. I utilized their meal service weekly as I prepared for my IFBB Bikini competitions and received weekly email reminders to ensure I never missed an order. In addition, all orders were delivered to my residence on time, with a friendly smile from the team. I highly recommend Fit Fresh Fast for not only curating delicious meals, but also making healthy options more convenient and affordable.

The food is DELICIOUS and always very fresh. Wraps are never soggy, veggies are never over cooked! Love that there are sizing options, and options for a variety of diets. Added bonus that you don’t have to commit to a regular subscription, unlike many food delivery services. Just order what you want, when you want!

I’ve tried meal delivery services before but Fit Fresh Fast sets the bar. The food is delicious, the menu diverse, and the portions filling. Each meal is made from quality ingredients and each is labeled with the macronutrients. Between the quality, taste, and price, you truly can’t ask for anything more.

I’ve been ordering from FitFresh since early 2020 & it’s been a HUGE time and money saver. As a fitness professional & mom, I’m always on the go — the wraps and meals have been a game changer to make sure I don’t have to sacrifice nutrition with my busy schedule. I love the variety week to week and that I can order 1 meal or 15, there’s no minimum. 5/5!

Delicious food that helps me stay on track during the week and helps me not resort to take out. It's vacuum sealed for freshness, and I can pick it up at my gym. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a meal prep service in Columbus. Breakfast is always on point, and their pork will consistently change your life.

Highly recommend this company for your meal prep needs. Can't speak for the Omni options but the vegan options are always well balanced and delicious. It can be hard to find solid vegan meal prep options but these meals are ALWAYS on point. This company is a pillar for my weight loss journey. Thank you, Fit Fresh Fast!
