I’ve been to numerous five guys because they are some of the most consistent franchises around but the particular one, and seeking Spring has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life seconds before closing. Matt and Ryan took a rushed order and cooked it with more love And service than I would’ve ever expected. I would like to commend Matt and Ryan for their wonderful attention and providing us and our family with a great meal in the Clutch‼️. What more can I say about Five Guys that you don't already know or heard? I happen to like the burgers a lot and I love the fact that you can choose whatever toppings you want. The surprise for me was how delicious their hot dogs are; I had them with ketchup, mustard, pickles, raw onions and tomatoes. Do yourself a favor and order a shake as well. I got vanilla with salted caramel and double stuff Oreos. Let's face it, this burger joint puts McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's to shame. The only downside? The price. Two burgers with triple patties (I forgot that full size ones come with two patties already), a hotdog, large fries and a shake smashed my wallet for $50+ 🤕. Burgers and fries were juicy & crispy, tasted fresh as a high quality product would. Service was fast and friendly. Clean eating environment with clean bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone that wants quality fast food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Pricing aside, Five Guys still has some of the best burgers money can buy. Yeah, it's gonna cost you $10+, but you can add unlimited toppings at no extra charge. So you might as well go hog-wild. If you just want a regular burger, then it might make more sense to go somewhere else. But the fact you can add sautéed mushrooms and onions (in addition to everything else) instantly makes it worth it if you like those kinds of things. The burgers here rival anything you'd get at other sit-down restaurants like Red Robin and the price is about the same. Also, for the time being, Five Guys is offering FREE delivery. Prob won't last forever, but it's a nice touch during these trying times.

If you know it you know it. They are good for what they are. Elevated fast food. The milkshakes are great too. It's not the place you go because you are looking to be blown away by the burgers. They are good classic diner style. With enough topping to choose from you could make a meal out of them alone

Food is great I'll give it that. But the customer service f@$king sucks I asked for my fries well done cause I don't like soggy fries and they told me No it's company policy that they can't make well done fries.... lmao it's the last time I will spend my money in this establishment. Needless to say they can keep their fries.
