Stunning craftsmanship in the building. Picnic tables. Most of the seating are wood benches vs individual chairs. We were a little disappointed that they stopped serving breakfast before noon on Sunday as we mainly went to try their breakfast. Food (lunch) was okay. Nothing special to write home about but would go again (to try breakfast) due to the atmosphere. You get full for the $ but don't plan on bringing home leftovers. We ordered Brisket, meatloaf, and fried chicken. The Meatloaf (like cardboard) and Brisket were very dry. Our server did recommend the pot roast but we didn't try it The fried chicken was good. Mashed potatoes were real, not boxed. Coleslaw was good, mayonnaise based. Biscuits were large and fluffy. Great home cooking. The food was amazing. I am glad we chose them. The only complaint I would have is that their portions are BIG, so big I couldn't finish my meal. Even as good as it was. I tried to eat it all. The next time we are in Pigeon Forge, I will definitely put this place on my list to eat at. Y’all this place is amazing. The family and I are on vacation for the week and we stopped in here to see what it was about, and omg!!!! From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave the southern hospitality was great. When we got out food the wife looked at me I looked at her, and said that looks really good then we started to eat and y’all when I say the food was to die for. Definitely will be back again. The food were okay, except for 1 of the 2 pieces of Fried Chicken which was overcooked. Aside from Fried Chicken we had Cornbread Salad, Vegetable Plate and Chicken Dumpling Soup. The potato soup (part of Vegetable Plate) was creamy good (not too rich). Our hands-down favorite was the giant cinnamon roll, which was fantastic; not too sweet, flavorful, creamy nice. Iced tea was crappy, though. I should have asked for water. Restaurant is really nice, even the restrooms. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic portions for the price. We had the chicken and dumplings and chicken pot pie. Both were perfect for a rainy day. I wasn't a huge fan of the fried green tomatoes because the batter was thicker than I like. Overall it was a great choice for dinner. Wish I had room for a few bites of one of the cinnamon rolls.
