In my younger days I tipped a few at Flannigans Bar on Manton Ave in Providence. Eddie Flannigans motto was "We Overserve". Well Joe folliws the same policy. My wife had 3 huge fish tacos and a piece of Key Lime Pie. I had the tilapia special. Absolutely fantastic. All that for way under 50 bucks. The only drawback is their notoriously slow service. The service was great, just a little slow. While I strongly recommend the tilapia, I doubt I'll ever have it again because the menu is so extensive it will take a lifetime to get thru it. If you are in a rush---I was not----maybe you should go elsewhere. If you want to be overserved with great food Flannigans is you destinations. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
