Went to their storefront to buy an occasion basket, the women at the desk were so friendly and helpful! I had my toddler w me, and they gave him a free mini cookie. And when they brought my basket out (freshly made from the back, not one of the premade ones on display!) I said “let me put my son in the car first and I’ll come right back” - the worker offered and took it to my car for me! Oh and recipient said baked goods were delicious lol. But for me their outstanding customer service is why I’ll be a repeat customer.

Received a lovely gift basket full of delicious fresh baked cookies for my Birthday and it was lovely. I am very pleased. I have used them to send gift baskets in the past and they NEVER disappoint. I highly recommend Flories Finales!

Everything is beautifully packaged and tasty. We requested a Christmas shipment to arrive on a particular day, and they made it happen. They did a wonderful job previously making cookie trays for our wedding. A pleasure to work with them and eat their treats!

I sent cookies to my daughter and her family in NC they loved them my 4 year old granddaughter can’t stop eating them I Unfortunately can’t have dairy my daughter told me it’s worth getting a stomach ache lol Thank you for your fast shipping and your wonderful cookies and pastries. Arlene

A friend sent me a large platter of Flories Finalies cookies , pastries, OMG these were the best cookies I have ever had! Before today I've never heard of this bakery. This was a melt in your mouth experience sheer perfecton.

I received a gift basket years ago as a house warming present. Everything was so good that 10 years later I needed to order an anniversary present and Flories Finales came to mind. Besides their delicious pastries their customer service is so fantastic! I felt the need to share my experience: I meant to place my order much earlier but had forgotten with the holiday around the corner. I needed a delivery for tomorrow. I placed my order today hoping it would get there by then. But expecting it not to, because of my own fault of waiting until the last minute. Much to my surprise! soon after I ordered I got a voicemail from them saying that they will have it there by tomorrow! All in all if you are thinking of ordering from them. Don’t think twice! Just place your order. Between their delicious pastries and superb customer service, You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Flories Finalies

I always order trays of pastries and cookies for certain occasions. There have funeral sitting, birthdays, celebrations. They are always a hit. The quality and consistency of their products are beyond comparison.

My wife and I have been using Florie's for special occasions for years and have been very happy with them. Their stuff is delicious, the best around. But recently I've used them to ship outside of Long Island. I ordered via the website and asked to get the order out the same day so it can be delivered the next day via UPS. To my satisfaction they delivered as promised!! I called just to check-up on the order in the morning and the woman I spoke to was so very nice....she remembered working on the order herself and she kindly looked up the UPS tracking number so I can monitor the delivery myself. Overall such a great experience with them. Great product and even better service! We are lucky to have a local business like this!!

Florie's is the best! Such a great idea to send to people, when you want to do something different - and everything is so delicious. I have used Florie's on many occasions, and people always tell me how much they enjoyed receiving whatever is sent.
