I like to go there for their burgers they are delicious. However the service is horrible. I've ordered ahead approximately three times and one time they told me they never received my order even though I had a confirmation. The other times I ordered approximately 1 hour ahead of time because they get busy at lunch time and my burger was not even on the grill yet when I got there and hour later. No disrespect to the people that work there but they don't understand what you are saying so it is very hard to tell them what you want. They sort of just shake their head yes but then do whatever they want to do so you end up with food that is not correct. Somebody needs to be there to guide them more closely. Food: 5 Service: 1
