I come here at least 6 times a year, the food is always amazing and fresh! We do the full experience 10/10 recommend if this is your first time coming here! Each time is better than before! Eddie is always my server, he’s great with communication, very quick and very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking your choice of food! He’s very delightful to have as a server. Eric is also great with ensuring we are are happy and good to go! He’s very kind and also always checking if we are having a good time or need anything!
These two are a great duo for servers!

Victor was our server and he was amazing! He was attentive, explained everything to us and wad patient when we still had questions about certain items and how the experience worked. Will definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again!

The place reminds me of a buffet in Vegas back in the day. Made reservations for my birthday and when we got there the place was very busy. They sat us at a table that was a passageway to the food and servers to get water. We were immediately bumped by staff and people trying to get to the buffet. We asked the first server to move, and she was stated "well it is the holiday season, and we are very busy." She did not offer a solution and walked away. We had to go to the hostess for help, and we then were offered to wait for a different table, but they were not sure how long it might be as people were staying longer than usual. We opted to stay and we rearranged the table to make a better path so we were not hit by passers by. The manager did not help with this, and we had to come up with our own solution. Fortunately, a different waitress Mary came over and improved our experience. She was friendly and kind. The food was good. The staff did take special requests and would bring you items you wanted. The advantage of being close to the kitchen was that you could catch servers with food, but it was very noisy and there was lots of traffic. Would have preferred a table that was near the back so we could have enjoyed each other's company. If I do return, I now know to ask for the cuts of meats that I would like first so that I can enjoy them. Make sure to eat light on the salad bar. We mentioned to the manager the first servers' comments and rudeness, but I'm not sure he cared. He never returned to our table or followed up with us if our experience improved. Hopefully, he will get more training in customer service. UPDATE REACHED OUT AS LISTED BELOW. WAS PROMISED BY MANAGER THAT SHE WOULD CALL AND SHE NEVER DID.

We just came for dinner today (Dec 25th). Reserved table @6:15 pm but get in at 8:30 pm lol it was crazy that seem like hundreds of people waiting outside when got there. Didn’t expect that it took 2 hr waiting for reservation. But they offered free meat, bread & drinks during waiting time. It was complementary and smart way to treat customers which made us felt better & calming! However, 2 hour waiting is so so crazy I would not choose to come on Christmas Day in the future. I guess it’s better to come on regular days not holidays. The business should limit reservations otherwise just say no reservations. Come first and serve first would work better today ! But whole customer service is very professional and friendly so I would give 4- star. Very nice staff and vibe here! Just thought manger should have better solutions to handle Christmas customers next year :)

The service was fair to midland but the food was very delicious.. the lamb, pork and beef rib were really good and seasoned well. The chicken was ok and the steak was decent but a little tough.. the garlic mashed potatoes had a wierd consistency(like malt-o-meal) but they were garlicy.. the salad bar was good as well even though the Cesar Salad was a bit wilted, the two Brazilian salads were delicious! overall a good dinner.

Key Lime Pie
It appears they have reduced meat options (no pork ribs?). Paõ de queijo was not what it's supposed to be (dry, failed texture and taste). Service was sporadic. Missed the authentic Brazilian servers. That said, the salad bar is excellent and highly recommended.
