Üst yola uzaklığı 20 metre hemen Ayvalığın içindesin. Deniz arkanda iki adım. Burak Bey bir kafeden ziyade arzu edene yuva oluşturmuş. İç dekoru,sade dokusu ve şık süsleri ile yuvanız olmaya aday.
