Their cocktail selection was impressive, and I found myself drawn to their cool concoctions that perfectly complemented the serene setting. The extensive wine menu offered a variety of options to suit different preferences, ensuring everyone in our party found something to enjoy. For appetizers, we indulged in the cheese curds and Krunch tenders, which set the stage for a delightful culinary journey. The White chicken chili soup served as a comforting side, adding depth to our meal. Both the Elk & Bison burger and the grilled chicken and Brie dish were flavorful and satisfying choices for our entrees. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by our server. They were attentive, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Each dish arrived at our table at the perfect temperature, showcasing the kitchen’s dedication to quality. The combination of the old power plant ambiance, the nearby river, and the modernized interior truly creates a unique and captivating atmosphere. While the prices may be a bit higher, the quality of the food certainly justifies it. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak & scallops dish I ordered—it was absolutely delicious. We spent our Valentine's celebration dinner here. We had a table by the river and was able to catch the start of the sunset. We tried their Valentine's cocktail, which was delicious. Our server was phenomenal, attentive, and made us feel so welcome (Shout out to Rose!) The food was outstanding and we are looking forward to returning. Great views, service, food and drinks. Update: We returned and enjoyed the igloo experience. It was so very fun! We reserved it a few weeks ahead. A small deposit was made but credit was given on the bill for it. Inside was so warm and cozy. They have chairs and love seats around a coffee table. The lights added ambiance, with a Bluetooth speaker, and adjustable heaters we could really design our own vibe. The only drawback is eating a meal on the low table was a little difficult. Overall, unique and fun way to dine! The location and atmosphere were fantastic! They were busy by 6 on Friday. Sitting on the patio with the water rushing was lovely. The server was very attentive and gave good suggestions. The cocktails were yummy! The warm bread appetizer was good. We had the elk burger and lobster roll. We enjoyed the food but wished it had a little more flair. A fun sauce would have made the burger much better. We didn't try dessert but will next time.
