The staff was friendly and the place is small but nice. This was our second time here. The first time, we found out at the door that this place was 21+, so we got turned around for having our 5 year old daughter with us.... She was upset and cried as we walked out. I tried to find where this information was posted and it was very hard to find. It seems that they've updated their page since. This time, we were in town hoping to grab their anniversary TIPA (doom loop) but it got sold out the day before our arrival. Would be nice if online purchases could be possible. We still wanted to try the new smoothie beer (slop) but since we traveled with our daughter from Montreal, I ended up going in alone while my bf and daughter waited in the car. Not ideal and not as enjoyable. Wish it was more inclusive of families. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I know there was criticism for not allowing kids. Frequenting Treehouse Tewksbury, with the messy and loud (in a different way) atmosphere, I applaud no kids. The turnover rate is $0 for a child. Plenty of other places to go with your kids. And the business can attract paying customers. Why judge them negatively when they are open about the policy. Great beer (no kids should come into the equation), great service (should he the factor you consider). Please keep it up. Don’t be internet shamed into changing. No Families allowed. If you're a local young family looking for a place to grab a drink after a long week and long nights, this is not the place to go. They are a strictly no parents welcome establishment. I have seen them ask my friends not to return with their two year old. We happen to have had our 6 month old with us, and were excited to get out with the little guy. Do not plan to return without him, the beers not worth it. It just feels so anti-family, which is a bummer because thats the current demographic of craft beer consumers. Luckily there are a lot of other local craft brewers that are family friendly.
