Audrina is amazing! We got the pleasure of meeting her today. We were blown away by the service she provided. She literally stopped what she was doing and personally came and checked on us and asked if we were ready for our ice cream! Of course we were! She personally made and brought it out to us. Who does that these days! My husband and I were talking about how awesome her service. I told him that I think this trip was the best service and experience we have had at Freddy’s. He chimed in and was like I think this was the best service anywhere we’ve had. We had the best time today. We felt welcome and we can not wait to come back! This was our first time ever trying Freddy's and we had high hopes, but it just wasn't that great for the price. We paid over $50 for 2 adult meals with small shakes, 2 kids meals, and 1 mini sundae. The burgers were ok but nothing special. The chocolate shakes were too rich and had no whipped cream so it didn't really look desirable like the photos. The mini sundae for my child also had no whipped cream and just had a bunch of cherries thrown on top with a little bit of sprinkles (which I had to pay $1 for a few sprinkles). We ended up spending the same amount for hibachi from the Japanese steakhouse the next day and got way more food that was better quality for the same price. This was my first time trying Freddy’s, it was really tasty! The burger was fresh and hot! The fries were crispy and seasoned well! I would definitely recommend this place! You can never go wrong with Freddy’s fiancé had the usual #1 I tried the new Onion Steakburger so good needed some jalapeños I should have asked for some but lawd y’all need to keep this on the menu add mushrooms haha delicious!!! We came here for lunch when the storm knocked out our power at work. They handled our group quickly and the people at the register were fantastic!
