I need this location to stop skimping out on fries portions. Other locations throw the fries in the bag with abundance of fries. Next time I’ll come inside to direct traffic, because the drive thru portions are substandard. My food was fresh though. Food: 3 Service: 3

The Double Steak Burger was delicious as always and the Onion Rings is always my fave side to have. My friend had the Frisco Melt Sandwich and loved it. I always enjoy going to Freddy's. I did have to go in to get a Freddy Sauce, but to make it easier for everyone I just brought my own Jar of Freddy Sauce they had at the front and it was only $5 and some change (Which is the normal price for sauces, but it looked bigger in size so $5 for a bottle is pretty good in my book). First of all... yuck. Our cheese curds straight up look like a hockey puck and we have to pull them apart to eat. Our chicken strips were thrown at the bottom of the bag and grease was dripping from the bottom of the bag. I've never been so disappointed from any fast food restaurant. I went through the drive through window and my fries were not in the bag not the end of the world. I proceeded to get back in line and told them the issue. They said to come inside to resolve the issue. Due to me being in uniform I could not do that. I told them I had to stay in my car. They said they would bring it out to me if I met them around the front door. I went around and parked and waited 10 plus minutes and no one came out. So I got back in the line and they seemed shocked to see me and had an attitude. I’m really disappointed in the service I received at what is normally my favorite restaurant. It was raining, and the floors were wet. No rugs were at the door to wipe your feet. People were sliding all over. The only rug was in front of the drink station. No one mopped, no wet floor signs were out. I saw two children fall. The tables were all dirty. No one washed any tables the entire time we were there. One guy came out to retrieve the trays from the trash cans, that was the extent of cleaning the dining area. The bathroom was really dirty. The food was great. ...but, we will not be coming back.
