What a mess! The service and experience was so bad, waiter was a young guy and was out of his depth serving 6 tables. Nothing went right except for giving the menus at the start. Wrong food delivered to the table, food was not in sync as starters and mains served at different times. Can live with this because we were hungry but the food was cold as it sat for ages to be collected. No additional plates offered as we ordered a mix of items. Got up and grabbed them myself. One dish even arrived after we paid. Come on Gan Bei, get a manager or supervisor on the floor. Experience was zero, great interior though but why not spend some money on training competent staff. I will not be back, even the wrong items delivered were on the bill. I could have really kicked off but the young guy was so bad it would have made the situation worse. Суши ждали больше 40 минут 🙄 Пока мы вдвоем ждали - соседние столы из 4 персон уже поели и ушли. Зато суши на доставку готовили и собирали в это время активно - если что посетителям это видно, так открыта зона где их готовят.. Но мы же и подождать можем.. конечно..
