We ate here at several different times during our stay at the adjoined hotel. This is a beautiful, quiet and quaint restaurant where the excellent manager Murat Aslan, clearly works hard to maintain this ambiance. His team are fantastic, shout outs to Liza and Bariş, I wish I knew the names of the other waiting staff and breakfast team too, everyone was very attentive and professional.
The food, also extremely important, the door was delicious - thank you to the chefs, we don’t get to see them but they’re amazing!
My only request is that i wish staff didn’t request reviews so often - I know all businesses rely on this now, it’s the same in the UK, but perhaps this request can be made clear in another way rather than asking more than once at the end of the meal. It takes away from genuine niceness. If they’re good enough, which they most definitely are, they will be memorable and reviewed.
