LOCAL REVIEW: If you think Tokyo is ok, this place BLOWS all of Newnan out of the water. The staff is very respectful, engaging, and even interactive with children. We ordered several apps, kids meals, and main course and the wait for anything was not long. Drinks were constantly topped off every passing. Atmosphere was spot on, music was not too loud. LISTEN UP - THE FORTUNE COOKIES WERE FRESH! The world’s expensive, pricing is in line. We will be back with friends, fully enjoyed our experience and food. So on the door it says 2pm-5pm 15% off entire menu. However i was told by my waiter that apart of my $25 order didnt “qualify” for that discount, it was a 5 piece sushi roll for $10. Hhmm That item is apart of “the entire menu” so it obviously should still get 15% off. Please do something about this going forward. When I brought it up to my waiter he just asked well do you want the sushi roll !. Its only 15% however if you as a business want to clearly say 15% off ENTIRE MENU then make sure it actually applies to all item on your menu lol. Seems very simple but ok. I came during happy hour yesterday; it advertised on the door, “3 pm-5 pm daily 15% off the entire menu. The sushi was great. This was my 4th time eating here but I will not return. We Ordered Sushi, Received our receipt and realized that the 15% off order was not honored. When asked about the discount the waiter said, “they no longer honor 15% off.” I politely told him that it should’ve been stated before we ordered. Waiter then said, people usually ask. I said that’s not the customer job to ask if it’s on the door. He then said because it’s a holiday (MLK Day.) but the door say everyday.
