We are in Texas for a bbq trip. This place was top on our list of places to stop. We got there at 9 and were in the first 10 people. The wait was worth it. It was the best bbq I have ever had. The people were great and the atmosphere were good. If I had a chance I would return in a heart beat. This place is a must visit.

Beef Ribs Sliced Brisket Sausage Cheesy Jalapeño Grits Potato Salad
The BBQ was great. The cheese and jalapeno sausage was the best sausage I have ever had. The brisket definitely doesn't need BBQ sauce. Unlike most other briskets. The homemade bread is good. The only thing that didn't live up to the hype was the beans. They taste like canned Ranch Style beans that has been doctored up. The Kennedale casserole isn't what you expect for it to be. The casserole is a mixture of pulled pork and rice. I can see why Goldees is rated as the #1 BBQ place in Texas. It's definitely worth the wait in the long line for the BBQ.

An incredible experience!!! All the food was outstanding. Interestingly, the brisket pintos ended up surprising us the most. They are incredible! Also, the ribs were the best I've ever eaten. Definitely worth the wait and a memory I'll forever cherish with my son. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In my top 5 BBQ restaurants. I have been watching their YouTube videos for years and finally had some time to try while on a trip to Dallas. This is the real deal. Brisket was incredibly moist, jalapeño sausage were perfectly spiced with that snap at every bite, the ribs had a great taste but could of been a little darker on the outside and there is no words on the awesome banana pudding!

The brisket was great as expected. What I did not expect to see there, was the smoked pork belly. That was amazing! I've never had it like that before.
For sides, the Cole Slaw was my favorite.

Driving up to Fort Worth from Austin and I searched for best BBQ spots. We found this place in a Texas Monthly article- “best in the State.”
It was later in the day so we were running the risk they could be sold out. We opted to go and great experience. While they were sold out of some items - what we did get was great (chopped brisket sandwich; turkey, house sausage and coleslaw). Owners and staff were very kind and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Cole Slaw
Great experience. Of course there was a line but it moved quickly. They do a great job with their brisket. The ribs were okay and I really enjoyed the sides. Their barbecue sauce is really tasty. Goes great with all their meats. They also make their bread in house which is a nice touch.

Great food! The sliced Brisket was wonderful, the sliced turkey was maybe the juiciest I have had at any Texas Craft BBQ and the sliced pork belly was very good with the peach glaze.
For dessert I ordered the banana pudding and is was excellent as well!

Food: The best ribs I have ever had. The best brisket I have ever had, the beef sausage was really good. The grits were legit. The chicken casserole was really good. The bread was fresh and was amazing (wish they sold their bread). The banana pudding was pretty good, I wish there were actual bananas in there though. I tried the pork belly, it was good too. Overall, wonderful food and I see why they are the best in Texas.
Service: The service was absolutely amazing. They greeted everyone and made you feel like you were just an old friend visiting them again. They were all upbeat and super friendly. Water was free, and they also had lawn chairs for you to use in case you didn’t bring one. They allowed you to tour the pits as well. The staff was very informative regarding the process of how to order and where to sit. I was impressed.
Atmosphere: I enjoyed the dining area we ate in, it was very clean. They also had porter potties that were clean and a hand washing station that was clean as well. Plenty of parking as well.
I would absolutely go back and visit this place. We brought a big group with us and would do it again. That’s how good the food was.
Pricing was fair.

It's worth the wait for the #1 best smoked BBQ. We ordered just about everything. It was fantastic and did not disappoint. Our favorite was the brisket with the jalapeno cheese grits side. After all the savory goodness, the banana pudding hit the spot. The team was gracious and allowed pictures while they were working the smokers. I'll be back whenever I'm in Texas. I almost forgot the amazing fresh cooked bread, amazing!
