I can't rate the food because we did not eat, but the beer was decent and the bartender was friendly! It was not busy during the Saturday afternoon we visited, but it looked like they were having a band or something later. We went to Decatur specifically to go to 3 breweries, Golden Fox had the best beer of the 3. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Great beers. Food consists of frozen pizza and pretzels, which are actually quite good when cooked. Every night is something different entertainment wise. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great brewery with a wide variety of beers for any palate. Pizza, cheese bread, and pretzels to buy. Staff is second to none! Live music, trivia, karaoke, music bingo, open mic nights, and comedy show occasionally are fun to enjoy. This is a very family friendly environment with open patio area outside to enjoy. Games and other activities are inside or bring your own. We love going here. Definitely worth a try or two! Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I really enjoyed our visit and stay at Golden Fox Brewing, Decatur, IL. Everything was great. The service, food, accommodations. We really loved the peace and quiet time. We live in Decatur and we already are looking forward to another visit in our RV with our pup CJ. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Golden Fox has a great, chill atmosphere. They have Trivia every other Thursday, which makes for a nice get together with friends. Beers are good quality with a nice variety. Will always recommend!!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Golden Fox is hands-down my favorite place to grab a drink and hang out. Not only is the beer great, the staff and owners are awesome. Tons of free entertainment opportunities, killer outdoor space, and just a great all around place to kill an evening with friends.

Good chill out place for whatever day of the week it is. I love to spend time with my friends and colleagues as long as I can. Drinks are great and the staff are very friendly and supportive.
