Že dolgo nisem videl slabše pice in katastrofe od tega. Človek po napornem dnevu komaj čaka dober obrok in na koncu tole. Škoda besed, slike povedo vse. Lastnik in osebje obupno, brez kakrših koli izkušenj, kako se obnašati do strank. Lastnik po prejemu slik očitno ni ugotovil kaj je s pico narobe in je trdil, da je pica perfektna. Pri Pizzeriji Olivia strankina beseda ne velja prav nič in so oni očitno pametnejši, tudi o tem ali si stranka zasluži povračilo denarja za obupno pico ali ne.
