I don’t usually do this, but I feel this is very necessary. When I walked in initially there was only one single patron waiting for his order. There was no one at the service window when I approached. The one who was there looked in directly at me and immediately continued packing up the order he was fulfilling. There was no greeting nor was there any acknowledgment that I even existed. Normally I could get over that. But what really ruined the experience for me was the smoothie and the bun not being toasted. The smoothie was made from some premix and it was absolutely disgusting. The bun was not toasted as I expected it to be. So to some this up, I will not be returning ever. Oh I almost forgot, the meal was entirely overpriced for the lack of quality and effort used to make the meal. Just under $20. I lived right next to this place, and the neighborhood isn't great. I had some guy change in my front yard once. Anyway, the food is okay at Got Burger! The service is ok. Not a very good burger place anymore. Chicken wings were undercooked tasted like it had bottled B dubs sauce on them hamburger buns were literally from the grocery store and the french fries look like they were straight from the freezer and barely cooked. I absolutely love the food. My burger that they made for me was exquisite it was perfectly cooked, double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, American cheese, wrapped in a beautiful layer of aluminum foil perfectly formed and folded. Also got a side of season fries they taste better then red robins fries. Perfectly seasoned and taste phenomenal. Burger also came with four sauces along with the fries. Homemade jalapeño ranch, spicy mayo, honey barbecue, & catch up. 2 of those sauces were homemade and they are soooo gooood!!!!! And my food was made relatively fast within 10 minutes!
