Only car in the drive through. Always takes minimum 10 mins. They watch to see if you hit "No tip" and then un away and talk and take forever for no reason or purposely mess your drink up. Multiple times my drink was just disgusting and dont even bother ordering food. Absolutely Horrid! The Starbucks across the street is 10 times better, heck, even the McDonalds would be better compared to this place. The girls who work drive through should not be working in customer service. Im not a Karen and I have never even complained there but after giving this place a "Last chance", im done. My go-to place for a coffee and pastry on the way to work! I love their savory croissants. 4/5 as they have seemed understaffed lately, with one person having to cover both the drive through and front counter. Update: They forgot some items from an online order,which is not a big deal since we checked the order before leaving. Veronica seemed annoyed that we even came back up to counter and interrupted her while she was on her cell phone. Had to greet her to get her attention as we were standing at the counter. She put the items on the counter, walked away and right back to her cell phone. Just leave if you don’t want to work there. When went inside to eat, it has been excellent. The drive-thru is another story. Had two experiences where the order was wrong (not a big deal) for minor things. Asked for a large coffee and got a small. Asked for a breakfast wrap and they gave me a wrap. Both times it was the same lady (Veronica) at the drive-thru window and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and it showed in her responses. I can fully understand having a bad day and being annoyed, but this was the 2nd time. I think going forward, it’s best to eat inside or not go at all.
