Our first day in Tromso. Made a reservation few days earlier. Looks like you will need a reservation in here to have decent meals. My daughter had BBQ meat ball burger. Instead of cheese there was a Mac and cheese she loved it. I had some chicken with papaya and mango but it was just ok. Not something I will get it again or excited about. Nice location, cute but service I wasn’t impressed with. There were so many empty tables when we walked in. They gave us a table right in front of the toilet. I requested for another one and they didn’t accommodate us. There was an empty window table and that didn’t get occupied until we left. Ordered ice cream desert and took 30 mins to get it. No apology and nothing. Don’t recommend. Average food, terrible service…our first night of Norway dinner was ruined… Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food is DELICIOUS!! Had the cheesy cheese burger and cheese fries. WOOW! One of the best burgers ever if you like cheese! The service was perfect, Marcus helped us and I might say, he is polite, serves well and keeps track of his customers! My wife got the blue cheese burger and the potato fries and she loved them too! The decoration is very nice too. Cosy place and well decorated. In the city center of Tromsø perfect location. Keep it up guys!! Despite the high reviews, my experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. The premium steak, unfortunately, was far from satisfying and might be one of the worst I've ever had. While the rest of the food was mediocre, the saving grace was the delicious chips. The staff, however, exhibited exceptional empathy and provided amazing customer service. Despite the stellar service, I can't overlook the poor quality of the food, so I can't give this restaurant a high rating based on my experience. Nice interior decor and friendly service. My vegetarian salad portion looked really cool, but the taste was just average. I could’ve known better though than to order something with tropical ingredients like mango and pineapple in an arctic town. Haha! Well you live and you learn. In a new warm atmosphere, we had the cheese burger and chips. Could not get the QR code app to work at the restaurant, so I had to order via the waitress. She was very helpful and had our our order sorted and on the way in minutes. The burger was great and went down a treat. The strawberry milkshake was very special. I could have had two. I had booked a table via email before leaving England and had very good correspondence with them with regards to any vegan options on the menu. The response was really great. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and given a very good table. The service was quick and friendly. The food was brilliant. We had a sharing rib platter, vegan burger hot with mango and papaya sales, premium tenderloin steak Mac & cheese & Graffi spare ribs. Good choice of Norwegian Beers & cider. As we were celebrating my husband’s 60th B’day they brought up a chocolate shake with a large sparkler and sang happy birthday. Overall both the food, service and restaurant as a whole was great. Would definitely recommend as there is plenty to choose from on the menu incl a few vegan dishes. £160 for 5 people which was reasonable Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Nice and modern. Lovely service friendly chatty staff. Not long waiting for food. Food was delicious. They have toilets but it's unisex cubicles. We went back a second night food was still good. Apart the dessert graffi volcano the licorice was way over powering and the strawberries are not fresh they much drowned In a watery strawberry sauce I have to admit it was awful I had 2 bites and left it abit waste of money. We ordered burgers and meat grills to share and were impressed with the price-quality (for Tromsø). Service was excellent and the desserts went down a treat: chocolate fondant (lovely and gooey) and grilled pineapple. We will definitely go back. Atmosphere was also really good.

Graffi grill is located right on a harbour. It's recommended to pre-book a table here on the weekends. Interior is really cozy, nicely lightened and warm. Assortment good, not many healthy food, most likely burgers, but some salads are available. I got my stake a bit veined, so was not really enjoyed it. The desert was ok. Staff nice and friendly.
