Come to this restaurant to try nicely cooked op la, kama and salads. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. This is An conference centre not a hotel.the rooms are substandard. Not airco ,not of this time. The locatie is nice,but service not good anough. General knowlage of Beers should be present with the staff. It is not. Much potensial needs management

When you are fed up with the standard hotels and their impersonal luxury, but you like to absorb architecture and atmosphere of days past, then do try and visit this place. With a conference room in a former chapel and everywhere original elements of the priest education(seminary)

Ontvangst was hartelijk, maar er liep niemand mee naar de kamer. Van de kamer moet je niet veel verwachten. De bedden (2x eenpersoons) zijn comfortabel, verder staat er een bureau met stoel, een fauteuil en een kleerkast. Je kunt elkaar op de kamer niet passeren. Wij hadden een kamer met toilet en douche op de kamer, want anders moet je naar de gang waar een gemeenschappelijk toilet en douche is. De ruimte met de sanitaire voorzieningen was groot en simpel, de douchecabine gedateerd. Aangezien wij hier verbleven i.v.m. een huwelijk kregen we korting en dan is de prijs goed. Het volle bedrag zou ik voor zo'n kamer nooit betalen.||Verblijf was incl. ontbijt, echter is dat schijnbaar iedere dag in een andere ruimte en aangezien er niemand aan de receptie was toen wij wilden ontbijten, zaten we in de verkeerde ruimte nl. bij de priesters i.p.v. bij de gasten waar een uitgebreider ontbijt te verkrijgen was.

Well, it's a huge, old, dingy, creepy place. I stayed a few nights for work. The hallways are dark. They do not always clean the rooms. Breakfast is sparse and never served on time. However, the staff is very friendly and they seem to try. But, the place is so huge and old that it just does not feel right. It is more for monks and priests, rather than tourists.

Voor trainingen heb ik deze locatie vajer bezocht en diverse overnachtingen gehad. De kamers zijn eenvoudig. Maar de ambiance is magisch en laat je even helemaal buiten de 'rest van de wereld' zijn zo voelt het voor mij. Het eten is echt prima en het ontbijt ook. Met heerlijk vers brood. Gebakken aardappeltjes hier ben ik verslaafd aan geworden. Alleen de koffie is echt niet lekker.
