Customer service is terrible. I get it, you're busy, but customers shouldnt be treated like we are a bother. The dining area is really dirty. Food is good, not great and HATE the substitutions. Just let me know you are out of something before either not including it in my sandwich or adding something that I do not want that I only find out about once I get home and open the bag. Favorite bagel and coffee shop. The bagels are literally perfect, all the food is made beautifully. Service is super fast, staff are friendly, the place is always busy, with good reason! And the artwork for sale upstairs is always a fun addition to the experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
