First time visiting this lovely place; I will be back!! I ordered the blueberry muffin shake; it was incredible and reasonably priced; my only complaint is that it's not in Grand Rapids:-(

The shake and tea where very good but I was disappointed in the customer service. I understand that the worker could be having a bad day but it’s been a bit since I have been there and needed a refresher and she treated me like I was stupid. I’d be willing to go back because the shakes are delicious.

Every time I go to get a tea I am always greeted by a friendly face. I never know what to try, so I tell Kirstynn to surprise me. She nails it every time with her suggestion. Definitely recommend trying this place.

If you have never been here, it is a MUST try! AMAZING shakes and teas! The staff is friendly and very helpful if you have questions! If their is a wait, it’s definitely worth it. Chocolate Oreo cheesecake is my personal favorite! Definitely give them a try if you never have!

I love the positive atmosphere when ever I walk in. Sometimes busy but worth the wait. Kirstynn is very helpful at suggesting different teas and how the products work.

This place is the worst. Today I stopped in, waited in line for 7 minutes while the employees made each other shakes. They never acknowledged me while they were discussing what shakes they were going to make for themselves and their kids. I am willing to accept the gross over pricing of the flavored water that they pedal, but would expect some level of customer service. This is the third time I have had an experience like this, and for that, will no longer be going. The fact that they expect excessive customer information everytime and over sell you on their pyramid scheme Herbalife products like used car salesmen is another reason to take your money elsewhere.
